    Jiangsu Sanyou Group Co., Ltd, former Nantong Sanyou Fashion Co., Ltd, was founded in June, 1990. It was invested by Nantong Friendship Enterprises Co., Ltd and Mitsuwa Co.Ltd. In the past ten years, the company has been growing gradually with more and more integrated strength. The gross capital grows to RMB316 million and with RMB125 million registration capital. On May 18,2005 its stock starts to be sold on Shenzhen stock market (name: Jiangsu Sanyou, stock code: 002044). It is the first joint venture company, which comes into the market in Jiangsu province. 
      Jiangsu Sanyou Group Co., Ltd is located in Nantong city. Currently it has more than 5000 employees. There are altogether 192 automated assembly lines imported from Germany and Japan and CAM system and 4 CAD computerized design systems, all the equipments are tally with the international advanced standard. The throughput of the company gets to 20 million pieces(sets) of  top grade garments, it’s one of the biggest top 500 joint venture companies in China. In 1998, Sanyou passed ISO9002 qualification and in 2002 it passed ISO9001(2000 version) qualification.The company twice won Jiangsu Province Quality Award in 2003 and 2006.
      Sanyou is among top eight garment enterprises in China and wins dual excellence award each year. Also, it's the vice chairman of China Shippers' Association.
